Iron Deficiency Anemia 5-6 weeks, out patient visits Females with history of anemia due to pregnacy/delivery and heavy uterine bleeding. Hemoglobin ≤ 11.0 g/dL at baseline visit.
Iron Deficiency Anemia Approx. 7 weeks, out patient visits Male or Female, with IDA as primary etiology with screening hemoglobin < 11.0 g/dl whom also have a history of intolerance/unsatisfactory response to oral iron.
Iron Deficiency Anemia 5-6 weeks, out patient visits Male or Female, not dialysis dependent, greater than 18 years of age with iron deficiency as primary etiology. Screening Hemoglobin < 12 g/dl
Iron Deficiency Anemia 7-10 weeks, out patient visits Male or Female, not dialysis dependent, over 18 years old with iron deficiency s primary etiology. Screening Visit Hemoglobin < 11 g/dl
Hypertension 8 weeks, out patient visits Male or Female, ≥ 55 years of age diagnosed with Stage 2 hypertension (systolic > 160 < 200)
Hypertension 14-16 weeks, out patient visits Male or Female, ≥ 18 years of age diagnosed with uncontrolled Systolic Hypertension (> 150 < 200) may be on one single Hypertensive medication (Diovan/HCTZ excluded) closed enrollment 9/9/08
Hypertension 16 weeks, out patient visits Male or Female, 35-80 years, must be currently taking 3 antihypertensive agents and a diurelic (HCT) medication
Hypertension 12 weeks, out patient visits Male or Female, over 18 years, diagnosed with Stage 2 Hypertension (systolic 160-180)
Hypertension 8 weeks, out patient visits Male or Female, self-identified African American, over 18 years. Diagnosed with Stage 2 Hypertension (systolic 160-200)
Diabetes Type II 54 weeks, out patient visits Male or female, 18 to 80 years of age with a historical diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes. (closed to enrollment)
Atrial Fibrillation 37 Months, out patient visits Male or female, over 18 years, with Atrial flutter or Atrial Fibrillation
Cardiovascular Disease 37 Months, out patient visits Male or female, Over 45 years, with acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infraction, abnormal levels of Troponin.
Back Pain Up to 14 days, out patient visits Male or female, 18-70 years of age with moderate-to-severe acute, painful, muscle spasm of the lower back.
